Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your private rental, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- 14 to 7 days prior: 50%
- 6 days prior to check-in: 100%
Regarding Meals
As this is a room-only accommodation, meals are not served inside the building.
Upon request, we can introduce nearby restaurants or arrange breakfast and catered food.
Dinner
We can recommend nearby izakaya (Japanese pubs) that can accommodate up to 17 guests.
Breakfast
Breakfast bento boxes can be prepared for 1,200 JPY per meal.
Please apply by 2 weeks prior to your stay date.
Orders must match the total number of guests staying.
Catering food, Snacks, & Drinks Set
Available for 3,000 JPY per person for dinner or after-parties. Please apply in units of 5 people by 2 weeks prior to your stay date.
Prices may change, and availability depends on local restaurant schedules.
Building Usage Guidelines
Public bath
Available until 9:30 the following morning. Please note that it is closed for cleaning from 23:30 to 24:30.
Main Studio
Musical instrument performances are available until 19:00. Karaoke can be enjoyed until 24:00.
Multipurpose studio
Available until 24:00.
Free Instrument Rental
You can use our on-site instruments for free.
Just check the instrument list and let us know ahead of time what you'd like to use.
Booking Confirmation and Payment Methods
- Reservations are officially confirmed once credit card payment has been successfully completed.
- Payment instructions will be sent after we confirm your reservation details.
Important Notes
- Facility use for photography purposes is not accepted.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building.
- Staff members are stationed on-site during your stay.
